Read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Delivery estimates are only estimates. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company. After 20 working days from payment date refunds will not be considered. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to these conditions. Further to this, if delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working – resulting in the shipment been returned to BYMOR – the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.
Goods will only be dispatched once payment reflects and is cleared on the bank account.
Payment can be made by EFT or Paygate. Card transactions will be acquired for Bymor via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. All details given for the credit card transaction is strictly confidential and only submitted to the bank. Bymor does not have access to these details.
Delivery Policy and Options
We offer a hassle-free delivery option for our customers.
Main centres carry a flat rate of R50.00.
Outlying areas carry a fee of R120-00.
Your parcels will arrive straight to your door, using our trusted couriers.
Please note that the above rates are only for South African customers. Delivery times depends on the area you are based in. An estimated time of 2-3days applies for main areas. Outlying areas carry an additional 3-4days.

The following may incur additional charges:
- Any orders over 20kgs of weight.
- Mines, Power Stations, Military Bases, Game Lodges and Ports of Harbours may incur a minimum additional charge of R80.00
- Major Chain Stores may incur a minimum additional charge of R100.00
- Embassies and Consulates may incur a minimum additional charge of R230.00
Please note: We do not deliver to Post Box addresses. We need a physical address for our courier company to deliver you items.
Free collection is available from our store in Emmarentia, Randburg, Johannesburg. Please see our opening times or contact us for an appointment. Orders to be collected must be paid for prior to collection. No orders will be kept aside without payment.
Please note that while we strive to deliver orders within the 3 to 6 working days specified, delivery can be delayed from time to time caused by matters outside of our control. All deliveries are scheduled for standard business hours which are 9am to 6pm. Unfortunately, we cannot specify a specific time of delivery.

Return/Exchange and Refunds
In order to be fully eligible for any credit, refund, repair or replacement under this Returns Policy, Products must be returned directly to Bymor. Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase an email must be sent to email@example.com to arrange further instructions on our return information. The courier/posting costs will be carried by the customer and will have to be paid in advance.
All return requests must be made under 48 hours from delivery. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted. Refunds are subject to Bymor/supplier authorising the return. If you decide to return goods you purchased within 12 days of receipt thereof, we will almost certainly accept them back and pass a credit for the value of the goods returned. In the case where the item is no longer available, we will refund within 30days.
The item must be properly protected with its original packaging and still in the perfect condition for the purposes of resale i.e. not damaged or soiled together with all its documentation, instructions and accessories. A non-defective item will not be accepted if the item shows signs of opening or usage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of applicable days.
A voucher will be issued for any SALE items purchased whereby it can be used against purchases in the future.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).
The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by BYMOR Trading separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
BYMOR Trading takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BYMOR Trading chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
